IRS officer to join NECBDC as MD

Prakash Borgohain has been appointed as Managing Director in North East Cane and Bamboo Development Council (NECBDC), Burnihat, Assam on deputation basis for a period of three years. He is a  2009 batch IRS (C&IT) officer.
