IRS officer to join Punjab govt
Balvinder Singh is set to join the Punjab government on deputation basis for a period of three years. He is a 2010 batch IRS(C&IT) officer. He will join as the Additional Chief Administrator( Finance & Accounts) in the Punjab Urban & Development Authority(PUDA).
