IRS officers empanelled for promotion to grade of PCCIT

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has cleared the empanelment of 12 IRS officers for promotion to the grade of Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax for the Panel Year 2023. The seven officers empanelled are: Jayanthi Krishna, Mridula Bajpai, Ravinder Sai, Debendra Narayan Kar, Manoranjan Panigrahy, Avdesh Kumar Mishra and Bijayananda Pruseth. The Extended Panel of five officers to be operated in lieu of officers included in regular/extended panel retiring during vacancy year 2023 includes: Rajeev Mehrotra, Simanchala Dash, Seema Raj, Shelly Jindal and Hemant Jawahar Lal.
