IRSE officer Anish Kumar to be OSD, MEA

Anish Kumar, Director, SD, Railway Board, has been selected for deputation to the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) for the post of Officer on Special Duty (OSD) for a period of three years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
