IRSME officer Chandan Singh succumbs to Covid-19

A 2012 batch IRSME officer, Chandan Singh succumbed to Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), CoV2. It is the third case of death due to Covid-19 after two cases of Avdesh Gupta and Deepak Yadav in Workshop, Jhansi.
