Is Bhatnagar DG, CRPF or NCB ?

If any body goes by UP Police website Rajiv Rai Bhatnagar is  DG of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) since January 2016 whereas he is DG, CRPF for the last one and half Years. He is the senior most IPS officer who belongs to 1983 batch. Apart from this, the website has many other blunders. Nasir Ahmad has been shown as DG, BSF whereas he is Spl DG in the force. R P Singh is presently Spl DG, CRPF but UP Police website shows him as ADG, CRPF. Who will update the website ?
