Is Cabinet note pending for last two years?

There was a proposal to raise the strength of the ITBP. Earlier, the Force was to get 17 new battalions but later it was reduced to seven. Sources said that the related proposal is yet to be presented before the Cabinet for its approval but it is reportedly pending for Cabinet nod for the last two y
