Is ED official ill or avoiding to attend office ?

GoI has on April 20 asked senior officers to join offices and said that 30% staff should also be called. But one senior official at ED hq is not attending the office. When called by the boss, the officer reportedly came with a bunch of medicines and said I have to take all these medicines daily hence I am not able to work in the office. Boss’s decision is awaited.
