Is Minister in overhauling mood ?

First IIS officers, then IDAS officers have been removed from the key positions from the Ministry of Defence (MoD). IDAS officers are  denied the post of Secretary, Defence Accounts which they were holding for the last many years. An IA&AS officer has been posted on this post. Accordingly, IIS officers were heading the PR Cell of the Ministry since many decades but no IIS officer has been posted for the last one year.
