Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), the only arm, ED is having, is reportedly being diluted. It is said that if draconian act PMLA is diluted, ED will take up the fraud cases above Rs 25 crore.. If this happens, many reported accused will be out of ED's clutches. But the question is
