Is the AP govt on the verge of bankruptcy ?

It is said that the financial health of Andhra Pradesh is not good. District officials are facing acute financial crises because the state govt is not able to provide funds. It is said that Amrawati is pressing many district officials to arrange funds and they are also finding it very tough. Sources said that the state machinery has no vision on how to make good financial planning.. Even the state government has not imposed any financial discipline also.
