There are reports of cold war between Secretary DEA Subhash Chandra Garg and SEBI Chief Ajay Tyagi. Reason may be that Garg is 1983 batch IAS officer and Tyagi is 1984 batch IAS officer. Garg sends his Joint Secretary to SEBI meetings.
