Is Yogi not getting support of Bureaucracy?

Yogi Aaditya Nath  seems to be an angry man . At  a programme in Lucknow, the UP CM reportedly lashed out at some bureaucrats for their alleged callous attitude and not delivering on time. He warned them that govt can not tolerate such attitude.   UP govt has transferred about one thousand officers at all levels in the last four months and the govt is still waiting for result.
