ISTM to engage retired government officer as Consultant

The Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM), an attached office of Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), proposes to engage officers retired from Central Government service at the level of US/DS/Director as Consultant to handle Infrastructure development proposals and has
