ISTM to engage retired govt employees as Consultants

The Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM), New Delhi, has sought applications from retired government employees for engagement of two posts of Consultant (Faculty) and one post of Consultant for Administration/ Establishment on contract basis.
