It shows the importance of the post of ED!

The GoI  will not be able to appoint new ED of its choice. Now the new appointment will be done by a committee comprising of PM/CJI & Leader of Opposition .One thing is certain history will be repeated  like to CBI Chief and the CVC. Meanwhile the industry honchos have protested to PM about Excessive and Intrusive Roving inquiries by the ED.
