ITS officer absconding since 2004

One 1989 batch Indian Trade Service (ITS) officer, KKK Nair is absconding from duty since 2004. According to DGFT website he is a JAG officer and got regular promotion in JAG in July 2001. Experts are surprised that how a senior officer is missing/ not attending duty in present govt and the concerning ministry not even bothered to take such errant officer.
