The Jammu and Kashmir administration has, in a circular to all the departments, asked to give top priority to the identified areas in the national conferences of Chief Secretaries being chaired by the Prime Minister. The administration has asked all the departments to submit Action Taken Report (ATR) on a quarterly basis on a Google tracker. The circular said ‘the road map earmarked during the two conferences forms the bedrock of the planning in the Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.’ To ensure that the priorities set by the Prime Minister, as articulated in these Conference, are implemented fully, quarterly progress reports need to be submitted in the said format.
