B V R Subrahmanyam, Chief Secretary, Jammu & Kashmir, has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty in the Department of Commerce before joining as Secretary on July 1, 2021. He is a 1987 batch IAS officer of Chhattisgargh cadre.
