J&K constitutes a high-power committee to study Assam Model

The Jammu and Kashmir administration has constituted a high-power three-member committee to study the Assam model of welfare  schemes and pension disbursement that is to be made family based, so that each family gets benefitted. The ex-officio members are Director, Social Welfare, Jammu, Additional Secretary, Development and Monitoring Department and Joint Director, Planning Department.
