J Vinayan moved as PCCM (CHOD), Southern Railway

J Vinayan, who is presently serving in South Central Railway (SCR) and working as Senior Deputy General Manager (SDGM), has been transferred to Southern Railway (SR) and posted as Principal Chief Commercial Manager (PCCM) (CHOD). He is an Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer.
