Jai Hiremath appointed Exec. Chairman, Hikal Ltd.

Jai Hiremath, who is serving as Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of Hikal Limited, has been appointed as Executive Chairman of the company with effect from October 1, 2021. Meanwhile, Sameer Hiremath, who is serving as Joint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), has been appointed as Managing Director of the company effective from October 1, 2021.
