Jammu as State and Kashmir & Ladakh as UTs likely scenario?

The Central Government may make Jammu a separate State and  Kashmir and Ladakh as union territories may mean that there won’t be any political party and will be controlled by Delhi-based Governor forever? Order is expected to be made in next one week. Curfew may be imposed for two days ahead of order. It will automatically abrogate Article 370 and 35A if this happens.
