Jammu & Kashmir: Youngest Collector of the State

IAS Shahzad Alam, Deputy Commissioner of Kulgam, is the youngest District Collector in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. Born in 1995, Alam belongs to the 2019 Batch of the AGMUT Cadre
