Mrs. Jayshri Tulsyan has been appointed as an Additional Woman Non-Executive Independent Director of GAMCO Limited. Meanwhile, Mrs. Ayushi Khaitan has resigned from the position of as Woman Non-Executive Independent Director of the company.
