JCS Bora appointed PCSO, NCR

J C S Bora, who is presently posted in North Central Railway (NCR), has been posted as Principal Chief Safety Officer (PCSO) on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
