JG Dodia appointed CEO, SFL

Jagdish Gangdasbhai Dodia has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer on the Board of Suryakrupa Finance Limited (SFL). Meanwhile, Mrs. Arpana Sandeep Shah has been appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive Women Independent) and Chirag Hasija has been made Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) of the company. Besides, Ashok Kumar Dudi has resigned from the position of Managing Director of the company.
