Joint CP won\'t be posted in Delhi ?

Premier wing of Delhi Police, the Crime Branch, is a talking point among Police officers. In a recent shake up no Joint CP was posted to head Crime Branch. Two Addl CPs are looking after this branch. After a long gap, Jt CP level IPS officer was kept out of this branch.
