The post of Joint Secretary (Budget) in the Ministry of Finance, is lying vacant for the last three months. No regular Expenditure Secretary is there in the ministry for the last one and half month. But preparation of Budget for the FY 2020-21 is in process and to be presented on Feb1, 2020.
