Jt Secy level officers for World Bank & PMI ?

Whispers are that the Govt could spring a surprise in the coming days by appointing two Joint Secretary level officers for one position each in World Bank and Permanent Mission of India at the UN in Geneva. The selection process is reported to be very stringent and only officers with fairly good qualifications and domain experience are being considered for the posts.
