Justice A B Singh resigns as Jharkhand HC judge to take over as NCLAT Judicial Member

Justice Anant Bijay Singh has resigned as Judge of the Jharkhand High Court following his appointment as Judicial Member of National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
