Justice Atul Sreedharan recommended for transfer to Allahabad HC
Subsequent to reconsideration sought by the Government, the Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of Justice Atul Sreedharan, Judge, Madhya Pradesh High Court, to the Allahabad High Court instead of the Chhattisgarh High Court.
