Justice Khanwilkar to head Mahanadi Water Disputes Tribunal

Justice A M Khanwilkar, Judge, Supreme Court of India has been appointed as Chairman, Mahanadi Water Disputes Tribunal.  Dr Justice Ravi Ranjan, Judge, Patna High Court and   Mrs Justice Indermeet Kaur Kochhar, Judge, Delhi High Court will be  Members.The Tribunal has been constituted following orders of the Supreme Court  in a suit filed by the Government of Odisha.
