Justice MK Gupta appointed Acting CJ, Allahabad HC

Justice Manoj Kumar Gupta, senior most puisne Judge of Allahabad High Court, has been assigned to perform the duties of Acting Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from November 22, 2023, consequent upon the retirement of incumbent Justice Pritinker Diwaker.
