Justice MS Ramachandra Rao recommended for transfer as CJ of Jharkhand HC

The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the transfer of Justice MS Ramachandra Rao, Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court, to be the Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court, consequent upon the retirement of incumbent Dr. Justice Bidyut Ranjan Sarangi on July 19, 2024.
