Justice N K Singh appointed Acting CJ, Gauhati HC

Justice Nongmeikapam Kotiswar Singh, senior-most Judge of Gauhati High Court, has been assigned to perform the duties of Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from the date of Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia relinquishing the charge as Chief Justice consequent upon his appointment as a Judge of Supr
