Justice Sanjay Yadav named acting CJ of Madhya Pradesh HC
Justice Sanjay Yadav has been appointed as the acting Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court. He will assume charge with effect from September 30, after incumbent Ajay Kumar Mittal retires. A notification in this regard was issued on Tuesday.
