Justice Sanjeev Kumar appointed Acting CJ, J&K and Ladakh HC
Justice Sanjeev Kumar, Judge of the Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court, has been appointed to perform the duties of the office of the Chief Justice of that High Court with effect from April 10, 2025, consequent upon the superannuation of incumbent Justice Tashi Rabastan on April 9, 2025.
