Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad appointed Acting CJ, Jharkhand HC

Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad, Judge of the Jharkhand High Court, has been appointed to perform the duties of the office of the Chief Justice of that High Court consequent upon the transfer of incumbent Justice Mamidanna Satya Ratna Sri Ramachandra Rao as Chief Justice of the Tripura High Court, and until Justice Tarlok Singh Chauhan, Judge of the Himachal Pradesh High Court, takes oath as Chief Justice of the Jharkhand High Court.
