Justice Tashi Rabstan recommended for CJ of Meghalaya HC
The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the appointment of Justice Tashi Rabstan, senior-most Judge, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court, as Chief Justice of Meghalaya High Court, consequent upon the retirement of incumbent Justice S Vaidyanathan on August 16, 2024.
