K Balasubramanyam appointed FA&CAO (T & Capex Management), SCR

K Balasubramanyam, who is presently serving in South Central Railway (SCR), has been appointed as Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer (Traffic & Capex Management) [FA&CAO/T & Capex Management] on the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Accounts Service (IRAS) officer.
