K D Meena will also hold charge of Ports, Shipping and Waterways

Kapil Dev Meena, Controller of Accounts, Ministry of Earth Sciences, New Delhi, will look after the charge of Controller of Accounts, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways and Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, in addition to his regular charge. He is a 2009 batch ICAS officer.
