K G Warnan prematurely repatriated to parent cadre

The deputation tenure of Kalunge Gorakh Warnan, presently working as Associate Professor, IGNFA, Dehradun, is curtailed and he is prematurely repatriated to his parent cadre i.e. Odisha cadre. He is a 2013 batch IFoS officer.
