K Gurumurthy appointed as JS in SAG

Consequent upon his empanelment for holding the post of JS at the Centre, K Gurumurthy, Director of CSS is appointed as Joint Secretary (in situ) in Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) in the Department of Fertilizers, where he is currently posted.
