K K Pathak returns to parent cadre

Keshav Kumar Pathak, Managing Director, National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, has been repatriated to his parent cadre in order to avail of the benefit of promotion in the cadre. He is a 1990 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre.
