K Ramakrishna appointed PCE, SCR

K Ramakrishna, who is presently working as Chief Bridge Engineer (CBE) in South Central Railway (SCR), has been posted as Principal Chief Engineer (PCE) in the Railway itself. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer.
