K Sriram appointed ED, Sri Chakra Cement Ltd.

K Sriram has been appointed Additional Director and Executive Director of Sri Chakra Cement Limited. Meanwhile, he has resigned as Executive Director of Aditya Spinners Limited.  He will, however, continue as Non-Executive Director of the latter company.
