K Venkatappaiah sent to South Central Railway

K Venkatappaiah has been transferred from Central Organisation of  Railway Electrification (CORE) to South Central Railway (SCR) on his own request and posted in the cadre. He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
