Kaizad Bharucha strong contender for post of HDFC Bank CEO

Kaizad Bharucha is a strong contender for the post of next CEO of HDFC Bank. The Board of Directors of HDFC Bank have recently approved the re-appointment of Kaizad Bharucha as an Executive Director on the Board of the Bank for a period of three years w.e.f. June 13, 2020 (upon expiration of his term on June 12, 2020), subject to the approval of the Reserve Bank of India and the shareholders of the Bank.
