Kanhaiya Goyal, Deputy General Manager (Dy. GM), G, South East Central Railway, has been selected for deputation to Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) for the post of Joint General Manager (Civil) at Raipur for a period of five years. He is an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) Officer.
